"See you in 6 months"

That's what we heard from Luke's surgeon at his appointment this week. He is doing so great and his leg is healing well. Dr. Ahad said that both bones are filling in where the fractures were and that the last surgery where he plated the fibula was a success! He looks good when he walks now, his foot is more straight as opposed to turned out. He has little or no pain and now we're just working on keeping the swelling down still, especially after a long day on his feet working outside, etc.

This is certainly a praise... so thanks to all of you who prayed diligently for his healing! He was released to do whatever physical activity he's comfortable with... so you can guess what he's looking forward to - PAINTBALL! :)
